The purchaser is responsible for making sure all of the details that you provide are correct and complete. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
We cannot sell alcohol to anyone under 18. By using this website you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age.
PAYMENT
We use Shopify and PayPal to accept online payments.
Fidra Fine Spirits LTD reserves the right to cancel any order received and refund the order to the cardholder.
PRICES
The prices in our online shop include VAT but do not include delivery costs.
The costs involved in delivery will be displayed within the shopping cart.
The prices on our website are subject to change at any time.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail, we can arrange a courier to deliver large orders if you contact us via info@fidragin.com
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Due to the nature of our Gin being a craft gin, at times we may be out of stock. We aim to provide this information on our website. If we cannot complete your order we will contact you within 2 working days of your order request.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with any of our products please email info@fidragin.com, within 2 working days of receipt.
Returns must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. Once the order is returned and processed, we will refund in the same manner as payment was received, within 30 days. Return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using either a tracked or signed for service when returning an order, as loss or damage of goods being returned is the responsibility of the cardholder returning the order.
Fidra Fine Spirits LTD cannot be held responsible for parcels which are not delivered due to incorrect information given by the customer.
